The Prevue 2000 Assessment provides businesses and human resource professionals
with a suite of reports that assist in human resource decision-making. The Prevue 2000
Assessment is comprised of two
components, the ICES Plus Assessment and the
View Software Platform. The
ICES Plus Assessment is an accurate, validated and reliable psychometric assessment. It measures
work-related characteristics of people through their responses to a particular set of questions. The
ICES Plus Assessment was developed exclusively for View Assessments Inc. by
world-renowned experts in psychometric psychology. For more information on the validity and
reliability of the ICES Plus Assessment, please see our Technical
Manual.
Job candidates or current employees complete a Prevue 2000 Questionnaire either by hand or electronically online if registered
through the Prevue System
website. The responses are then inputted into the Prevue 2000 Software Program, which uses the View Software
Platform to analyze those responses in accordance with the ICES Plus Assessment. It can then
produce a variety of management reports
based on that analysis, which can be used for decisions in hiring, training, promotion and/or
team building.
The effectiveness of the Prevue 2000 Assessment is most evident when it is
used to predict job suitability through the use of
Benchmarks. A Benchmark is a
composite of the abilities, interests, and personality
traits of successful people in a specified job. The Prevue 2000
Assessment will assess the features of those employees identified by management as being
successful at a particular job. The Assessment then creates a Benchmark for that job. That Benchmark
is then used to assess the suitability of candidates seeking
that job or current employees seeking a promotion or transfer to that job.
Prevue 2000 Reports provide information on a candidate's
abilities, interests/motivation and personality traits. If used in conjunction with a Benchmark,
these reports compare the candidate's general
abilities in terms of verbal, numerical and spatial skills to those of top job performers. The reports
also provide an objective perspective
of an individual's interests and motivation in terms of the candidate's
preference for various types of work. Finally, and perhaps most significantly, Prevue
2000 Reports provide feedback on an individual's personality traits and how they compare
to the preferred traits for a particular job. All pertinent information is presented both graphically
and in a text format.
The View Software Platform runs on any personal computer equipped with Windows 3.1 or higher and
generates fast, accurate reports in seconds. The View Software Platform produces correct
and accurate scoring and interpretation of the ICES Plus Assessment
and ensures the consistency of the reports made available to management.
The Prevue 2000 Assessment is simple to use, allowing for widespread
use throughout all levels of an organization.
The Prevue 2000 Assessment is free of cultural, race, gender or
age-related bias. It complies with the requirements of the United States
EEOC and ADA regulations, the most stringent anti-discriminatory regulations
in the world.
The Prevue 2000 Assessment is a highly advanced tool for
assessing work-related qualities. No two people are identical - each person
has a unique mixture of qualities that are important to understand but
difficult to measure. Prevue 2000 Reports provide accurate
information about people that can be used to optimize the success of your business. Virtually any
human resource decision will benefit from the use of the Prevue 2000 Assessment.
