Prevue 2000 / TotalView

Our complete assessment systems provide businesses and human resource professionals with a suite of reports that assist in human resource decision-making. Job candidates or job incumbents complete an ICES Plus Assessment Test and the View Software Platform scores and analyzes the test results. The software can produce up to five different reports, each designed to assist in a particular human resource decision-making process.

CoachView

The CoachView Assessment is an interest and personality assessment designed specifically to assist coaches and their clients in building professional relationships. Coaches can quickly assess their client on such things as Listening Skills, Dealing with Conflict, Leadership, Planning and Communication Skills. The CoachView Assessment makes use of the ICES Plus Assessment.

Career Mapper

Career Mapper is a specialized application of the ICES Plus Assessment that assists high school or college graduates in choosing a career path that best suits them. Career Mapper provides valuable, valid and reliable insight about who a person is and what type of careers they should pursue. This product uses the ICES Plus Assessment and the View Software Platform to build an accurate personality profile and compares that profile with more than 200 career profiles.

Prevue 1.04d

The Prevue 1.04d Assessment is the predecessor to the Prevue 2000 Assessment. It is also based on the ICES Plus Assessment but uses an earlier version of the View Software Platform. It has most of the same functionality of the Prevue 2000 Assessment but the "Approach to Work" reports and the ability to print reports in .pdf format are not available.

careerXact is a web-based job board that introduces job seekers to businesses that are recruiting prospective employees. careerXact uses the ICES Plus Assessment as part of its screening procedure. careerXact provides a unique, online network that allows job seekers and recruiters to connect and communicate more efficiently and effectively.

RecruitView

The RecruitView Assessment is designed to assist recruiting agencies (and even individual recruiters) to learn more about the candidates they are trying to place. Recruiters can quickly and easily assess a candidate's abilities, interests, and personality. They can then use that information to ensure a proper fit between the candidate and available jobs. The RecruitView Assessment makes use of the ICES Plus Assessment.
